To show the locations of registered historic places in Chuuk Lagoon.
This dataset shows the locations of pre-historic and historic places that are located in Chuuk Lagoon and formally inscribed into the US National Park Service's Register of Historic Places. One of the sites is also recognized as US National Historic Landmark. It was created by Island Research & Education Initiative (iREi) (2020) based on locations sourced from Geoview and the US National Park Service.
