To show the road network on Kosrae.
This dataset shows the road network on Kosrae. It includes major roads as well as smaller paved and unpaved roads. The data layer was created by Island Research & Education Initiative (iREi) (2019) based on a dataset by KIRMA and major adjustments made by John Paul Batarao (2019) to match 2018 WorldView-2 satellite imagery by Digital Globe provided by U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).

Topological requirements include the following: lines must begin and end at nodes, lines must connect to each other at nodes, lines do not extend through nodes, left and right areas are defined for each line element and are consistent throughout the file, and lines representing the limits of the file (neatline) are free of gaps. Topology has been checked during the latest update (2017).
Features are believed to be complete based on visual comparison with the source imagery.
The classification type and names may need to be updated as attributes have not been updated consistently or field verified.
The horizontal accuracy has not been assessed but is assumed to be within 5-10 meters of the source imagery.
